Where is your newspaper shot? ... all of these type of before and after start with a newspaper shot.
Also in your before image you should be flexing ... that is if you intend on showing an after where you will be flexing. I hate before and after shots where the before is taken is poor light ... very unhappy looking person ... not even trying to look good ... in a crack house. Then the after is in great light ... happy person ... flexing and trying really hard to look good ... taken in an Olive Garden.
Your before is a slight too frumpy ... pose like you will in the end.
